Insurance & Reimbursement

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a monthly superbill (statement of services) you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Questions to ask your insurance provider:

  • Does my plan cover out-of-network mental health services?

  • What is my deductible, and have I met it?

  • How many sessions are covered per year?

  • Do I need prior authorization from my primary care doctor?

Payment

I accept all major debit/credit cards and HSA cards.

Cancellation Policy

  • Late Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $110 late cancellation fee will apply.

  • No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session without notice, you will be charged the full session fee.

Your Rights: No Surprises Act (H.R. 133)

You are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for non-emergency services if you are not using insurance.

  • You may request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling services.

  • If you receive a bill $400+ higher than your estimate, you have the right to dispute it.
