A Culturally Grounded, Integrative Approach to Healing

As a bilingual, formerly undocumented Latina therapist with over a decade of experience, I offer trauma therapy that is rooted in cultural humility, deep clinical training, and the understanding that healing must happen on your terms.

I specialize in working with:

  • Adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse (CSA)

  • Individuals recovering from narcissistic abuse and relational trauma

  • Survivors of domestic violence or complex divorces

  • BIPOC, Latinx, LGBTQIA+, and immigrant clients navigating intergenerational and cultural trauma

Using a trauma-informed, body-based approach, I integrate the following modalities into our work:

EMDR Therapy

A powerful method that helps you reprocess painful memories and shift long-held emotional responses.

Parts Work (IFS-Informed)

Guides you to build compassion and understanding for the different parts of yourself—especially those that hold pain, shame, or fear.

Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy

For clients ready to go deeper, this work (including Ketamine-Assisted Therapy) offers expanded access to insight, emotional release, and self-connection.
