What is Parts Work?
Parts Work operates on the understanding that we all have different "parts" of ourselves—inner voices or roles that serve specific purposes. These parts might include:

A wounded part that holds the hurt and grief of past experiences
While these parts develop to help us survive difficult circumstances, they can sometimes create inner conflict or hold us back from healing. Through Parts Work, we learn to understand, appreciate, and heal these parts rather than push them away.
